Jeff Blackden and Victor Valdez, have a wealth of experience in the Northern California/ Nevada market. They have sales and management experience that ranges from standard and custom semi-conductors, to passive components, to P.C. boards and sub-systems, to contract manufacturing services. This breadth of experience translates into strong relationships with their customers supported by an understanding of the entire successful product cycle from design-in through volume manufacturing through end-of-life. Jeff and Victor are respected in the electronics community and known for their positive attitudes, ability to problem solve, and dedication to their clients.
 

Jeff Blackden

Jeff brings over twenty years of manufacturing, operations and sales management experience to M-inence. Jeff has been responsible for developing and managing strategic alliances within the manufacturing community. At Avnet Electronics, Jeff was responsible for managing a key$350M Integrated Manufacturing Services program. With an in-depth understanding of product distribution and contract manufacturing, Jeff will provide the expertise to design your product into key applications and work with your customers to support the smooth transition to volume manufacturing at multiple sites worldwide.
 
Victor Valdez
Victor brings over twenty five years of sales experience to M-inence Sales. Prior to joining M-inence Sales, Victor served as Western Area Sales Manager for a Celestica’s Global Design Team. Victor has over sixteen years experience working with two of Northern California’s largest manufacturers’ representatives developing key relationships with significant area OEM’s. In addition, Victor has held sales management positions with RCA, AMI and Infineon. In these roles, Victor has managed rep firms, participated in rep firms, and worked with rep firms supporting contract manufacturing services clients.
Ken Kearney
Ken has a degree in Aerospace Engineering and has worked in technical sales, sales management and marketing for over twenty-five years. Ken has participated in a breadth of assignments that include seven years at AMD, 10 years with several of the largest manufacturers representatives in the bay area, and co-founder of International Technology Associates, the independent sales and marketing firm for Nokia Monitors in North America. In addition, he has served as Executive V.P. of Sales and Marketing in the software firm Nexion, Inc. and operated a successful consulting company servicing a range of clients from electronic component manufacturers to a water technology company.
